CLASSROOM ADVISORY: No evening and weekend restroom access due to security in PhysSciences 110, 114, 130, 136, 140
Fall / Winter / Spring: M-F requests will be reviewed after the 2nd week of instruction. If a single day event, your event will be declined if requesting during the first 2 weeks of instruction. If your event is a repeating event, the start date may be delayed until we can respond.
Final Exams: Reservation requests during final exam week will be declined or delayed until all exams are scheduled. Approx end of Week 8.)
Summer: M-F requests will be reviewed after the 1st week of instruction.
Fall Welcome Events (two weeks prior to fall instruction): Please reach out to the Orientation team at orientation@ucsc.edu.
Weekends (Fridays after 5:20 and Saturday/Sunday): Requests for the immediate weekend received after 12 pm on the prior Friday (or work day if Friday is a holiday) will be rejected.

Repeat Option: If your event plans to meet regularly (i.e. every Saturday for the quarter), use the Repeat field to specify [1] the frequency (usually weekly); and [2] "Ends" to indicate the last meeting day.

Classroom Availability / Troubleshooting:

Classrooms are available 8am-11pm, no exceptions.
Classrooms are closed for special events on observed holidays and Campus Closure.
Note that the system's room naming conventions are often different from what we say or use in conversation. Start by either searching for the first two letters of the name of the room or [better] by room number.
Try reviewing classrooms by what's available.
If there's a preferred space and you don't see the preferred classroom available or a room with the capacity / features needed, it's because there's a conflict with another event or class meeting, and you may need to adjust your planned dates/times or choose another classroom.
It is assumed that no food and drink are consumed in classrooms. Absolutely no food and drink are allowed in library classrooms (McHenry 1340 , McHenry 1350, Sci & Eng 206)
Scheduling in McHenry 1340 and McHenry 1350 on weekends are limited to instructor / TA use only for instruction-related purposes.
